Are the flowers in the pictures the exact flowers I will received, everytime?"

Picture showcases our deluxe bouquet, unless stated otherwise. If a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower of the same or higher monetary value and in a similar style and colour. 
Please note as with all natural products there may be slight variances in colour. If you have specific requirements for your bouquet, please call us to let us know. When you receive your bouquet, we recommend unpacking it, cutting the stems and displaying them in fresh water, in a cool room.

When do you deliver?

We'll deliver 7 days a week, from Monday through to Sunday!

Same day & next day Sydney delivery

Accepted Answer

For same day Sydney delivery, please order before 12pm to receive your flowers later that same day to any Sydney location, Monday - Saturday. Our drivers will hand deliver your bouquet between 9am and 7pm, unfortunately we cannot guarantee or specify a time slot. If no one is home to receive the flowers, a delivery note will be left to specify whether the bouquet was left with a neighbour or in a safe place on the property.

Refunds & returns policy

We pride ourselves on delivering the most beautiful bouquets and offering excellent customer service. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, ﻿please get in contact with us via email: marisa@madamlampini.com and state your order number. Depending on the situation, we may either offer to send out a new bouquet or a partial/full refund.

Click on the Account  icon in Client Dashboard to see the products or Arranged Together boxes you’ve ordered. The summary page will also show what you’ve ordered and the date we’ll send it out alongside your flowers.

Can I cancel/amend an order?

Accepted Answer

You are able to cancel/amend orders up until the cut off point for your flower delivery. To cancel you regular flowers log into Client Dashboard, click on My Account and then on Subscription. You will find a cancel option there.

To skip a week or amend a delivery date list log into Client Dashboard, click on My Calendar and then follow the instructions or call our team on 0424 149314 and we can sort it for you.

When will my order be delivered & how?

Your order will arrive with your next available flower delivery, and will be sent via the same delivery method as your flowers.

Question 13

When and how do you take payment?

Accepted Answer

If you're ordering from our Shop, we'll take payment for both your box of flowers and Shop order two days before your delivery. We’ll charge the card on your account.
